tl;dr Version

I hate reading these too.

I only ever collect information to provide you service.

This means contact details to keep in touch, address information to arrange delivery, payment details to process a transaction, and information on your device (if scheduling a tune-up).

What Do I collect?

In short, very. Unless there's a specific repair requirement that needs me to look at or copy your files, I don't ever touch them.

During a tune-up I may need a username or password to access your device. If I do, any copies that I have are secured during service, and promptly destroyed after service.

To be clear, I do not and will not ever sell or give away your information to third parties.

How secure is your data?

I have zero interest in using your information for anything but providing you service. This means scheduling pickups or drop-offs, processing refunds or payments, keeping an eye on your warranty, and keeping you up to date on your service or purchase.

Why Do I collect It?

How long is my data kept?

That depends both on the type of data, and you. For your information, I hold onto it to keep an eye on your warranty, and to keep things smooth for any follow-up service. Any backups of your personal files are destroyed once service is successfully completed.

If you want to view what information of yours I have, or want it deleted, you can make that request to me at any time, just so long as there isn't any warranty or dispute pending.
