It is perfectly normal for a computer, like any machine, to need a little maintenance. What shouldn't be normal is the dread of piling

fees just to get your device working.

We can do better than that. At a flat

$60 rate, I give your computer the deep clean

treatment, and keep you involved every step

of the way. No surprises, and no up-selling.

Pretty simple step! I will reach back out within 24 hours to follow up and ask a few basic questions about your device, any issues you have encountered so far, and your preference of whether I pick up your device from your home, or you dropping it off at my home.

Before the Tune-Up can begin, it is very important that you back up your important documents, photos, or other "must have" files from your device. I take every preventative measure to preserve your files, but I cannot say with 100% confidence that all your files will be safe. If you need help with this step, don't be afraid to ask!

If drop-off was arranged, I will give you my address so you can drop off your device on an agreeable day and time.

If pickup was arranged, I will arrive at the address you provide, on an agreed day and time, to pick up your device.

For the next 3-4 days, your device receives:

Deep cleaning: removing gunk or dust that could cause overheating, as well as re-pasting thermal paste.
Software check-up: clearing bloatware, optimizing startup apps, and a system-wide virus check.
Hardware Diagnostic: a full hardware health check (RAM, Battery, Drive health, etc).

After the Tune-Up, I'll email you with both a simplified and itemized breakdown of the steps taken to clean up your computer. I'll also reach out to arrange either pickup or drop-off of your serviced device.

If your computer needs a new part, I’ll include a quote for the part and a clear explanation of why it’s needed.

We schedule an agreeable pickup or drop-off day and time. You pay the $60 service fee, and are reunited with your tuned up computer.

If you received a quote for a new part, you aren't locked to it. You are free to walk away with your clean machine. You have up to 7 days to reach out and proceed with this additional service, and can coordinate a day and time for the extra service, depending on part availability.
